Why we are hosting this event:
Respectful of the current economic situation, more than ever, time and money are precious. Still, people want to help those in need, knowing that that their generosity is getting to the intended recipients. There are few more in need than the children and families at the Helen Bernardy Center for medically fragile children at Rady Children’s Hospital – San Diego.
So, we agreed this year to work smarter, not harder, to host a series of events with low overhead, a higher profile and more inclusive to the community, focusing on advocacy and recognizing local businesses that support our efforts for Radys.
This idea has evolved into Date Night for a Cause, a series of unique “guest bartending” events at three of North County’s hot spots. Just show up and have a fun, low-key night out with your significant other and/or friends…all for a worthy cause. Please join us!
